Godz Chozen was formed in 2016 after transitioning from a male chorus to a Gospel Quartet group. We have sung with many groups such Roy and Revelation, Doc McKenzie and the Hi-Lights, the Canton Spirituals and many others. We have been nominated for the Premier Gospel Music Award by Devon Womack, the Divine Connection Magazine Award by Deloris Williams, and the Akademia Awards out of California which we won Best Song of the Year.

 

We released our EP titled “Testimony” back in year August 2020 which did very well for us. In the year of 2021, the song “Sign Me Up” was nominated for a Stellar Award. In 2023, we won first place at the McDonalds Gospel Fest in Newark, New Jersey. As of December 2023, we did a live recording which was released on November 1st, 2024. We love what we do and we love to serve God’s people through song. Our mission is Luke 14:23, “The lord said unto the servant, go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”
